An experienced and caring organisation is looking for dedicated Children’s Residential Support Workers to join their vibrant residential home supporting young people aged 8-18 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.
Children’s Residential Support Worker
Location: Warminster
Shifts: Long day shifts and sleep-ins required
39 Hours per week, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
* Encourage participation in activities and promote independence suitable to the young person’s age
* Maintain a safe, warm, and homely environment
* Safely manage challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism
* Protect and support children and young people’s health, welfare, and well-being
* Liaise with parents, social workers, and other professionals involved in the young people's care
* Support young people to develop life skills and confidence
* Keep up-to-date with individual care plans and communication preferences
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a children’s residential setting or working with young people is preferred
* Healthcare or social care experience is advantageous
* Must hold a full UK driver’s license and have access to a car (sleep allowance included)
* Over the age of 21
* NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People (desirable)
* Reliable, compassionate, and motivated to support young people on their journey to independence
* Ability to commute to Warminster
