Children’s Residential Support Worker – Corwen, Denbighshire
Salary: £26,291 – £27,996 + £67.50 per sleep
Contract: Full-time, Permanent | Hours: 40 per week + sleeps | Shift Pattern: 2 on / 4 off

Support and mentor young people to build confidence, independence, and life skills

Promote emotional and behavioural development
*
De-escalate challenging behaviour calmly and professionally
*
Build positive relationships with colleagues, families, and professionals
*
Help maintain the warm, homely feel of the service
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience in children’s residential care or adult mental health/challenging behaviour support (essential/desirable mix)
*
Full UK driving licence – essential (you’ll drive young people to school and activities)
*
Aged 21+ – essential (per Ofsted regulations)
*
Passion, resilience, and empathy – above all else
