As the festive season arrives, Prospero Health and Social Care is continuing to grow - and we're looking for dedicated, experienced Support Workers and Senior Support Workers to join our expanding team across Cardiff, Bridgend and RCT.

Our bespoke crisis intervention placements and unregistered settings need warm, reliable and compassionate staff to help create safe, supportive home environments in line with local authority care plans.

🌟 Who we're looking for:

Minimum 12 months paid experience in Health & Social Care (with children/young people)
A driver with business insurance
Happy to travel
Reliable, flexible and compassionate
NVQ Level 3 (desirable but not essential)
Social Care registered

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 48 per week
Settings: Residential homes, sheltered housing
Shifts: 12-hour shifts, days and nights
