Now Hiring: Chill Operatives – Join Our Team in Avonmouth! 🚨

We're recruiting experienced Chill Operatives to join our team in Avonmouth, Bristol on a temporary basis, with guaranteed work over the Christmas period.
🎄 Guaranteed shifts available over Christmas – secure your spot today!
🔄 Shift Patterns Available (All 5 on / 2 off, including weekends):
06:00-14:30
14:00-22:30
22:00-06:30
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Pick milk products accurately using voice-pick technology
Move, load, and unload trolleys in a chill environment
Ensure accurate stock rotation in line with MLOR (Minimum Life on Receipt) standards
Complete routine cleaning and hygiene tasks
Report any trailer defects or stock issues
✅ What We're Looking For:
Cold store/chilled warehouse experience preferred
Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
Good communication skills (written and verbal) and numeracy
Able to work independently and within a team
Motivated, positive, and proactive
💰 Pay Rates (Weekly Pay):
Day rates apply between 4:00-18:00:
Mon–Fri: £12.37 (OT after 40hrs: £18.56)
Saturday: £15.46
Sunday: £18.56
Bank Holidays: £24.74
Night rates apply between 18:00-04:00:
Mon–Fri: £15.22 (OT after 40hrs: £22.83)
Saturday: £19.03
Sunday: £22.83
Bank Holidays: £30.44
Note: Pay may vary within a shift depending on exact hours worked.
