Our client is a leading housebuilder seeking a driven Civil Engineer with residential experience within either a consultancy or developer environment. This opportunity will provide stability and career advancement for someone who is looking to gain full project exposure across both immediate and strategic land, with the headroom to progress in time.

Key Areas of Expertise:

  * Site appraisals and civil engineering feasibility assessments.

  * Design coordination of road, drainage, levels and foundation packages.

  * Section 38 & 104 design grants, inspections and bond releases.

  * Supporting release of planning conditions and resolution of engineering.

Liaise with approving authorities, external consultants and stakeholders
