Job Description

Temporary Class 1 ADR Driver – Leicester

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 ADR Driver to provide temporary cover for a well-established client based in Leicester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional and reliable driver looking for ongoing temporary work with competitive pay and overnight allowances.

The Role

  * Class 1 (C+E) driving duties

  * ADR deliveries across the UK

  * Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently

  * Completing vehicle checks and relevant paperwork

  * Adhering to all driving hours and road transport regulations

  * Overnight stays may be required depending on route schedules

Pay & Benefits

  * £16.00 per hour

  * Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours

  * Standard 40-hour working week

  * Overnight allowance of £34.90 per night

  * Plus 2 hours overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate for overnight work

Requirements

  * Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence

  * Valid ADR Licence

  * CPC Qualification Card

  * Digital Tachograph Card

  * Previous Class 1 ADR driving experience preferred

  * Good knowledge of driver regulations and road safety

  * Reliable, professional and flexible attitude
