Job Description
Class 1 HGV Driver - Scunthorpe
Major Logistics are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers to join our client's team based in Scunthorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable drivers seeking ongoing work through to Christmas, with the possibility of continued work into the new year.
Pay Rates (PAYE):
Days: £190 per shift
Nights: £200 per shift
Saturday: £215 per shift
Sunday: £230 per shift
(Average shift length: 8-12 hours)
Your Role:
Driving HGV Class 1 (C+E) vehicles
Completing trunk runs on behalf of the Royal Mail contract
Conducting daily vehicle checks to meet legal and company standards
Shift Information:
Start times between 05:00 - 15:00
Day and tramping shifts available
Work available Monday to Saturday
What You'll Need:
A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
CPC Qualification Card
Digital Tachograph Card
Minimum 6 months' Class 1 driving experience
