Job Description

Are you a Class 2 HGV Driver that wants to work in tramping?

Are you looking for permanent work in Leeds?

Are you looking for Monday to Friday?

Driver Hire is the UK’s largest specialist logistics recruitment service, Each day we supply thousands of drivers and other staff to transport operations nationwide and we are currently recruiting a class 2 tramping driver for our client based in LS10.

Responsibilities

  * You will be responsible for delivering and collecting doors to business and end customers, so you will be required to hold class 2 certification.

  * Handballing is required and all safety equipment is provided.

  * New Pass Class 2 Drivers are welcome to apply, with a few months Class 2 driving experience and preferably some tramping experience.

  * Start times: 06:00AM.

Requirements

  * CAT C Driving entitlement (Class 2).

  * Willingness to tramp out 3-4 nights a week.

  * No more than 6 penalty points on licence.

Benefits

  * Annual basic Salary: £36,000 (45K expected with overtime and night out allowance)

  * Full training supplied.

  * No work at weekends or bank holidays.
