Driving Mobile Cleaner / Caretaker - Woodford Green Council
Location: Woodford Green, IG8
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (36 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £15.95 per hour (paid weekly, umbrella)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (potential to extend)
Job Description
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Driving Mobile Cleaner / Caretaker to join a leading Woodford Green-based Council.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across housing schemes within Woodford Green and surrounding areas. This role involves driving a council van to different sites and carrying out:
Communal area cleaning within housing association schemes
Litter picking and leaf clearance
Car park sweeping and bin storage area maintenance
Removal of bulk waste items

Requirements
Must hold a full manual UK driving licence
Physically fit and experienced in manual, hands-on work
