As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an ambitious Client Acquisition Manager to drive new business and help expand our client portfolio. The Role We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially focused Client Acquisition Manager to identify, engage, and secure new clients for Totec Recruitment. This is a sales-focused role where success will be measured by your ability to generate new business opportunities, win recruitment contracts, and build long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiating terms and securing signed agreements. Key Responsibilities * Identify and target new business opportunities * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and business development activities. * Arrange and conduct client meetings, both virtually and in person. * Present and promote Totec Recruitment's services to prospective clients. * Negotiate terms of business and recruitment agreements. * Secure new client partnerships and recruitment contracts. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. * Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. * Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure successful delivery of client requirements. * Maintain accurate records of business development activity within the CRM system. * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements * Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. * Strong track record of winning new business and closing deals. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach. * Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work independently. * Strong commercial awareness and business acumen. Desirable * Previous experience within the recruitment industry. * Existing network of business contacts. * Experience selling recruitment, staffing, or professional services solutions. * Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.
