Our client is a leading, innovative fit-out contractor, transforming commercial workspaces for blue-chip companies across the UK. Due to exciting growth, they’re seeking a Client-Facing MEP Manager to join their team and play a key role in delivering high-profile projects. This is a senior role within the organisation.

Mechanical bias preferred
Strong leader who thrives on building client relationships
Able to design M&E/MEP systems
Fit-out sector experience desirable but not essential
Solution-focused, proactive, and driven to succeed
Strong problem solver who can create opportunities
Key duties:
Focus on projects during work-winning and preconstruction, implementing MEP strategies to improve win rates
Work collaboratively with preconstruction and supply chain teams
Provide profitable and efficient solutions to meet client requirements
Design solutions aligned with clients’ existing systems
Deliver to key targets to ensure client satisfaction
