CNC Operators – relocation required
VARIOUS ROLES (CNC Setter / Laser Operative / Press Brake / Robot Welding)
Locations: Daventry & Wales
Salary: Up to £39,372.32 per year (depending on shift & experience)
Type: Full-time, Permanent – Right to Work in the UK required

We’re recruiting for several permanent CNC roles across Daventry and Wales, working with well-established manufacturing leaders in metal fabrication and precision engineering.
Whether you specialise in setting CNC Machines, operating Press Brake, Laser, or Robot Welding, we want to hear from you.
Available roles:
* CNC Setter
* CNC Press Brake Operative
* CNC Laser Operative
* Robot Welding
Working hours: various shifts available

What you’ll do:
Depending on your role:
* Operate CNC machinery (Turret Punching Machines, Laser, Press Brake, Welding)
* Interpret engineering drawings, bend schedules or CAD files
* Load/unload materials and perform production checks
* Complete routine maintenance and quality inspections
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience operating CNC machinery (metal cutting/shaping)
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong attention to detail & commitment to quality
* Physically fit and confident working in production
* Good level of spoken English
* Reliable, hardworking and eager to grow with the company
