£32,000 - £38,000 (OTE £41,000 - £45,000) + Overtime Availability + Progression + Training + Weekdays Only + Company Benefits + Monday to Friday + Days Only + Early Finish Friday

Are you an experienced CNC Turner, looking to join a multi-industry, highly established, manufacturing and engineering services company?
The company on offer is a family-run engineering firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality CNC machining and fabrication services across the UK and Europe.
Operating for decades, they specialise in stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium work, and pride themselves on fast turnaround times, quality standards, and long-standing customer relationships.
This role involves programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes and troubleshooting issues. You will also play a key role in mentoring team members and supporting ongoing development within the shop floor. The main sectors you will work on will be the automotive and marine industries.
The suitable candidate will have strong CNC turning experience and experience with Fanuc or ProtoTRAK controls.
The Role
* Programming, setting, and operating CNC turning machines
* Troubleshooting machining and production issues
* 40 hours a week (Monday - Friday)
The Person
* Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator (Turning)
* Experience with Fanuc / ProtoTRAK / G-Code programming
