Coach Builder Responsibilities:
* Refurbish and repair interior and exterior train components
* Perform bodywork repairs, including rust removal, dent correction, welding, and panel fitting
* Conduct corrosion inspections and replace damaged structural sections
* Install new interior fixtures – ceilings, flooring, seating, partitions
* Strip, assess, and reassemble carriage panels with attention to quality
* Clean, prep, and finish components using power and air tools
* Follow engineering standards and health & safety protocols
* Maintain a high level of teamwork, craftsmanship, and precision
Coach Builder Requirements:
* Fully time-served Coach Builder with relevant trade qualifications or certifications
* Strong attention to detail and defect recognition skills
