This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Coffee Field Service Engineer to work across a varied customer portfolio including cafés, offices, hospitality venues, and commercial sites throughout Central London.

☕ The Role

As a Coffee Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring commercial coffee equipment operates at peak performance across your designated area.

This is a hybrid field-based position combining travel across London with hands-on engineering support on customer sites. While operating within Central London, much of the role will involve working on foot between nearby customer locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  * Servicing, repairing, and diagnosing faults on a range of commercial coffee machines

  * Carrying out installations, site surveys, and equipment upgrades

  * Managing jobs through an ERP scheduling system

  * Delivering a professional and customer-focused service experience

  * Communicating effectively with customers and the internal support team

  * Maintaining tools, stock levels, and service documentation

  * Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before breakdowns occur

You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload, work independently, and maintain high service standards throughout your route.

🔧 What You’ll Bring

  * 1–2+ years’ experience repairing commercial coffee machines (traditional and bean-to-cup)

  * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities

  * Experience calibrating grinders and optimising extraction

  * Multi-brand coffee machine experience highly desirable

  * Excellent communication and customer service skills

  * Self-motivated with strong organisational abilities

  * Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment

  * Good Maths & English skills

  * Passion for coffee and pride in delivering high-quality work
