Commercial Gas Engineer – Midlands

Salary: £45,000 + Company Vehicle + Overtime + Benefits

Location: Midlands (Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Coventry & surrounding areas)

Are you an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer looking for a stable role with a respected and growing building services company? We’re seeking a skilled professional to join our team, covering commercial clients across the Midlands region.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on a range of commercial heating systems, including boilers, burners, and associated plant.

Typical work includes:

Planned preventative maintenance and reactive service calls

Diagnosing and repairing commercial gas systems and components

Carrying out safety inspections and ensuring compliance with Gas Safe regulations

Working independently across multiple client sites

About You

Fully qualified Commercial Gas Engineer (COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, etc.)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial gas maintenance and service

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Full UK driving licence

Excellent communication and customer service skills
