Commercial Manager – Permanent Opportunity
📍 Swansea (Outskirts) | 🏡 Hybrid Working Available | 💰 Negotiable Salary + Package

Pro Staff are working with a growing new build construction company based on the outskirts of Swansea who are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to join their senior leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious commercial professional looking to take ownership of the commercial function across multiple projects while working for a business that offers flexibility, autonomy, and long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Oversee the commercial performance of multiple new build construction projects.

  * Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying team.

  * Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow.

  * Manage subcontract procurement and contract administration.

  * Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements.

  * Produce commercial reports and forecasts for senior management.

  * Identify and mitigate commercial risks.

  * Support project delivery teams to maximise profitability and project success.

Requirements:

  * Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor role.

  * Experience within new build construction projects.

  * Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

  * Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  * Full UK driving licence.
