Excellent opportunity for a Plumber to join a leading building management business, working a local patch, in a permanent position with a great package on offer.

With over 20 locations across the UK, this well-established business have amassed a successful reputation for delivering excellence within building management and civil engineering. They are seeking an additional Commercial Electrician to join their expanding team, working within a well-respected contract and develop your career in the longer term. 

In this role, you'll primarily be based between different government owned sites across the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, attending to commercial plumbing maintenance and installation tasks. Your diary will be organised by the helpdesk team.

THE ROLE:
 *Planned/reactive maintenance of plumbing systems 
 *Some installation tasks 
 *Working on higher education facilities in the borough 
 *Overtime available / Call out 
 *40 hours a week, M-F

THE PERSON:
 *Previous experience in a Commercial Plumbing role 
 *NVQ (Levels 2 or 3) in Plumbing 
 *Full Driving License
