Adult Complex Care Lead Nurse
📍 Location: Crewe
💼 Salary: Up to £50,000
⏰ Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse with a passion for complex community care?
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Adult Complex Care Lead Nurse to support clients with complex medical needs—including neurological conditions, spinal injuries, and trauma—in the community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering high-quality, person-centred care and enjoys training and mentoring others.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
*
Clinical Oversight: Deliver nursing care for clients living in their own homes with complex needs.
*
Assessment & Planning: Create and review person-centred care plans tailored to each client.
*
Training: Provide competency-based training to carers on clinical procedures such as:
*
Tracheostomy care
*
Invasive and non-invasive ventilation
*
PEG feeding and medication administration
*
Spinal injury and neurological condition management
*
Collaboration: Liaise with GPs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic care approach.
*
Support & Advocacy: Be a point of contact for clients, families, and carers—offering clinical guidance and emotional support.
✅ What We’re Looking For
*
Qualified Nurse: Adult Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
*
Experienced Professional: Proven background in critical care or complex community nursing.
*
Trainer & Mentor: Ability to deliver hands-on, clinical training to care staff.
*
Excellent Communicator: Empathetic, calm, organised, and able to work independently.
*
Driver: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
