We’re looking for skilled Composite Laminators to join a prestigious project based in the heart of Italy’s motorsport excellence.

📍 Location: Emilia-Romagna, Italy

🔧 Position: Composite Laminator

🏁 Industry Experience: Motorsport / Formula 1

📅 Contract Duration: 3–12 months (with potential extension)

💰 Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rates

🏡 Accommodation: Weekly allowance provided

What You’ll Need

  * Proven hands-on experience in composite laminating, ideally within motorsport or Formula 1

  * Expertise with various composite materials and advanced lamination techniques

  * Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to craftsmanship

  * Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

  * Solid understanding of industry safety standards and quality procedures

  * Full and unrestricted right to work in the EU
