Job Title: CMMS SME – RAM / JDE
Location: Neuchâtel, Switzerland
Department: Engineering
Contract Type: Full-time | Hybrid (on-site with partial home office flexibility)
Reports to: Reliability Supervisor
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a CMMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our clients Engineering team at their Neuchâtel site. This role is integral to the effective management, accuracy, and continuous improvement of our Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as JD Edwards and BMRAM. The successful candidate will ensure data integrity, system optimization, and end-user training within a regulated GMP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage all equipment-related data within the CMMS, including:
Equipment and instrumentation records.
Spare part codification and part lists.
Preventive and predictive maintenance work orders.
Calibration work orders.
Equipment hierarchy and system parameters.
Lead the creation and maintenance of documentation and training materials for CMMS users.
Provide structured training to employees requiring access to CMMS platforms.
Support engineering and maintenance teams in CAPEX projects where CMMS integration is needed.
Oversee and manage initiatives related to CMMS improvements and upgrades.
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
In-depth knowledge of CMMS systems, particularly JD Edwards, BMRAM, or SAP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills.
Proven ability to train and support cross-functional teams.
Language Requirements:
Fluent in French.
English proficiency is considered a strong asset.
Additional Information:
This role does not require travel.
Flexible home office arrangement available (partial remote, not full-time).
