Complex Needs Classroom Assistant – Sheffield

We are on the lookout for support staff for nurturing mainstream primary schools in Sheffield. We're seeking a Classroom Assistant to support pupils with complex needs, including PMLD, autism, and medical needs. You’ll be working as part of a dedicated team making a real difference every day.

The Role

* Provide 1:1 and small group support across KS1–KS2
* Assist with personal care, sensory integration, and communication strategies
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to promote progress and wellbeing

You’ll Need

* Experience in SEND settings (PMLD, complex needs, or medical care)
* A calm, patient approach and strong communication skills
* Willingness to support with personal care and physical needs
