Job Description

As Continuous Improvement Engineer, you'll lead the charge in reducing operating costs and boosting contribution margins through lean methodologies. You'll be at the heart of process transformation-enhancing flow, driving automation, and applying Lean tools like Flow Analysis, TAKT, SMED, VSM, 5S, and Value Analysis to deliver measurable impact.

You'll also:

Champion and coordinate site-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives
Educate and inspire teams through Lean training, simulations, and workshops
Support EMEIA Operational Excellence assessments and daily management practices
Analyse complex data to identify and deliver improvement opportunities
Contribute to Manufacturing Footprint Projects and quantify benefits 

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and leads with purpose. You'll need:

Proven leadership and ownership mindset
Experience in operational improvement within dynamic manufacturing settings
Lean Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent)
ONC/HNC in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Engineering (via Apprenticeship)
Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery improvements
