Job Description
Job Title: Contract Architect
Location: York (will consider fully remote candidates)
Rate: £32 - £36 per hour
We're working with the York based Design team of a global multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking for a qualified Architect to join the team on a contract basis. The contract will initially be for 3 months, however this will be reviewed regularly with scope for it to be a longer term contract for the right candidate.
The role will have a particular focus on delivering projects in the Transport sector (both in the UK and internationally), so experience in the sector would be valued although isn't essential.
Profile / Skills
- Must be an ARB Registered and RIBA Chartered Architect
- Good understanding of the design process throughout all RIBA stages
- Detailed understanding of BIM modelling principals and an experienced Revit user
- Ideally you'll have experience in the transport sector (although we'll accept applications from those who have transferable skills from other sectors.
