As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring students stay engaged and on task. The ideal Cover Supervisor will:

Have experience working with secondary school students (either in a classroom or youth setting)

Be confident leading a classroom and maintaining positive behaviour

Be reliable, adaptable, and able to think on your feet

Have excellent communication and organisational skills

Hold a valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
