Cover Supervisor – Waltham Forest, East London

As a Cover Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged with their learning and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students follow the school’s behaviour policies.
Provide support and guidance to students to help them stay on task.
Liaise with teaching staff to ensure lesson objectives are met.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
