Cover Supervisors / General Cover Teachers – Sunderland, Gateshead & South Tyneside

What does a Cover Supervisor do?
Supervise whole classes in the teacher’s absence, ensuring lessons run smoothly
Deliver pre-prepared work and keep pupils focused and engaged

What we’re looking for:
A degree (any subject) or strong, proven experience working with young people
A confident “can-do” attitude and professional presence
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings
Experience in education, youth work, coaching, or tutoring is helpful – but not essential
