Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and emails
Assisting customers with online hire bookings and queries
Providing updates on order status and delivery times
Resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service
Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
Supporting with general administrative tasks as needed
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all timesWhat you'll need to succeed
You will need:
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within business-to-business (B2B)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence in using IT systems and managing multiple tasks
A proactive, can-do attitude and a team-player mindsetWhat you'll get in return
You will receive an excellent salary up to £26,000 depending on experience. You will also have access to an excellent benefits package including holiday allowance, pension, hybrid working, free parking and more.
