Insurance experience is not necessary but a demonstrable drive and passion to deliver exceptional customer service and care is what we're looking for - someone that's passionate about the work they do. (If you do already work in Insurance your application will be most welcome.) There is a culture of professionalism at this Broker and of going the extra mile. They always strive to do their best for their clients and as a company always want to develop their staff to their full potential. You will be given the opportunity to study for the nationally recognised qualification, the Cert II, which will give you a firm understanding of the industry. Your role will be to help residential customers with all of their insurance requirements, whilst providing a sterling level of customer service. This branch is growing and needs dynamic people to help make this happen! This is an office based role encompassing the following; * Account management – assisting customers in branch as well as over the phone and emails providing quotes and bespoke options * Maintain and build customer relationships * Business development (desk based) - insurance sales - growing your portfolio About you This role could suit an Account Executive, Account Handler, Client Liaison or Customer Service professional from any sector - we have previously filled similar roles with suitable candidates from banking, hospitality, retail and sales backgrounds, all of whom continue to have successful careers in Insurance. * Have a passion for customer service * Be mature, confident and dynamic * Be well organised with acute attention to detail * Enjoy working in a small team environment * Have a minimum of 5 GCSE's including English & Maths grade 5 or 4 (B or C)
