The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while managing a variety of customer interactions. This is a varied position combining customer support, administration and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
Managing and resolving customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
Conducting investigations into customer issues and providing clear outcomes
Completing accurate administration and maintaining detailed records
Carrying out follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution
Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex queriesAbout You
Previous experience in customer service, call centre or office support roles
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle complaints and situations confidently
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
A driver with access to a vehicle due to locationWhat's on Offer
