We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team in Appleton Thorn (WA4). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference.

What You’ll Do:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
* Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
* Log all communications and update customer records accordingly
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of queries
* Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
