Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our client to support with their busy seasonal period. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in consumer service operations and is comfortable using Zendesk or similar customer support platforms.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience by supporting day-to-day operations and helping the team maintain high service standards during peak demand.

Key Responsibilities

  * Manage and resolve customer inquiries through Zendesk and other communication channels

  * Support daily operations to ensure timely responses and consistent service quality

  * Identify and escalate recurring issues or process gaps

  * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience

  * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Qualifications

  * Previous experience within consumer or customer service operations
