Some exciting international travel opportunitiesAre you someone who genuinely loves electronics - not just on paper, but in practice? Do you enjoy getting into the detail of how things work, and then explaining that to others in a way that makes sense to them?
This is a rare opportunity to join a specialist British manufacturer whose technology is trusted by some of the world's biggest engineering organisations across the world.
You won't be fixing anything yourself. What you'll be doing is helping companies, big and small, understand that they can fix things themselves - and showing them exactly how. It's a role where your enthusiasm for electronics and your ability to communicate will serve you well.
The Role: Customer Support Engineer
Think of this as being an electronics ambassador for a better way of doing things. The world wastes an enormous amount by scrapping electronics that could be saved! You would be:
Getting to know potential customers and helping them understand how they could transform the way they handle electronic maintenance and repair.
Delivering product demonstrations and training to engineers and managers at some of the world's leading organisations.
Providing training and technical support to customers, guiding them through implementation and helping them get confident with the products.
Attending webinars, exhibitions and seminars.
Working closely with a brilliant internal team across applications, marketing and commercial functions.
Occasionally travelling internationally (3-4 times a year) to visit customers. What We're Looking For:

If this sounds like the role you didn't know existed - a job where your love of electronics and your love of people finally work together - we'd love to hear from you. Whether you have experience in industry or notDo not include the following in your job application, CV, or cover letter:
