Job Description
Enjoy hybrid working with paid business mileage in a permanent Damp and Mould Surveyor role with a prominent Housing Association. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the introduction of Awaabs law, where your damp and mould knowledge will directly support the reduction of cases for this HA while working in a professional and supportive environment.
You will be joining a well- established organisation known for its commitment to high-quality care and compliance. This role is perfect for a self-motivated Damp and Mould Surveyor looking to make an immediate impact in a supportive, fast paced environment.
I’d Love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Damp and Mould Surveyor within social housing.
As a Damp and Mould Surveyor you will be:
Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks.
Conduct reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections.
Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work.
Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs inspections to residential properties
Ability to work at pace and adapt to change
Experience within social housing
Experience with carrying out damp and mould inspections
