A modern, fully refurbished, and computerised private dental practice providing a range of general and cosmetic dental treatments. The practice offers a supportive team environment with opportunities to develop knowledge and skills across different clinical disciplines.
About the Role
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will provide a high-quality reception and administration service, ensuring excellent patient care and smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide reception and administrative support to patients and the dental team
Ensure compliance with practice policies and GDC guidelines
Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clinicians
Liaise with the Practice Manager on administrative and service matters
Support and supervise trainee receptionists when required
Requirements
Previous dental reception experience desirable but not essential
Customer service or reception background required
Strong IT skills (SOE software experience desirable)
Friendly, outgoing, and professional manner
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings and alternate Saturdays
Working Hours
Monday and Thursday: 08:00 - 17:30
Friday: 08:00 - 16:00
Alternate Saturdays: 09:00 - 13:00 or 09:00 - 15:00
