Job Description
Gap Personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for Despatch Operative (s) for our client in Halesfield area, Telford.
Hours of work: 6AM-6PM Continental shifts (4 on 4 off shift pattern)
Pay Rate: £12.70/PH
Leading to a permanent job for the right candidate
Duties & Responsibilities as a Despatch Operative: ·
Working in a chilled environment
picking and packing orders
sealing boxes
labelling
palletising ready for despatch
Full training providing
Experience required as a Despatch Operative:
Ideally, previous picking experience ideally as extremely important that orders picked are correct.
Physically fit due to heavy lifting
Previous warehouse experience

A positive attitude to work, willing to work in a cold environment
Have a flexible approach to work and duties
Happy to take on training to ensure you have the correct knowledge to do your job
