Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver / Labourer to join our team in the Wembley/Brent area. This role involves cleaning and washing mould from walls within social housing properties, as well as carrying out general handyman and ad-hoc maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and wash mould from walls and surfaces in residential properties.
Carry out general labour and handyman duties as required.
Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain a professional and respectful approach when working in tenants' homes.
Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
DBS Check
Previous experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
