Early Career Teacher (ECT) - September 2026 Start

📍 North Croydon Primary School | Full-Time | Permanent

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher looking to begin your teaching journey in September 2026?

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in North Croydon is seeking passionate ECTs to join their supportive teaching team across Year 1 to Year 5 only. The Role:

Full-time Early Career Teacher position
September 2026 start
Temp to Perm contract role initially through Tradewind with view of going permanent at the end of probationary period (12 - 16 weeks)
Opportunities available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire young learners
Work closely with experienced teachers and senior leaders
Receive a comprehensive ECT induction programme and ongoing support
