Vision for Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Ashford, and we are seeking a passionate ECT to join their dedicated team from September 2025.
About the Role:
As an Early Career Teacher, you will:
Teach a class within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (dependent on your preference and school needs).
Receive full ECT support and mentoring from experienced colleagues.
Create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Develop your skills and confidence with ongoing professional development opportunities.
