Early Years Practitioner | Waltham Forest | Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified | £13.69-£15.87 per hour | Full-Time | ASAP Start

Reeson Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming nursery setting in Waltham Forest. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Early Years Practitioner to work full-time in a nurturing environment that values creativity, teamwork, and high-quality early education.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll be supporting the learning, care, and development of children aged 0-5, helping to provide a safe, engaging, and stimulating setting that encourages curiosity and independence.

Details for the Early Years Practitioner Role:

Pay: £13.69-£15.87 per hour (depending on qualification and experience)

Location: Waltham Forest (Walthamstow, Leyton, Chingford)

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Contract: Long-term with potential for permanent placement

Responsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner:

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities following the EYFS framework

Support children's personal, social, and emotional development

Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development

Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment

Work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure high standards of care and learning

Requirements for an Early Years Practitioner:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is essential

Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

A passion for supporting children's early development and learning
