Job Description

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of warm and welcoming private day nurseries across North Bradford and Leeds. These settings provide safe, engaging and stimulating environments where children are encouraged to develop through play-based learning, creativity and exploration, while being supported by experienced and caring teams.

The nurseries are looking to take on dedicated Early Years Practitioners for part-time, full-time and day-to-day opportunities with immediate starts available. The successful Early Years Practitioner will support children across the EYFS age range, helping to create positive learning experiences while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for all children in their care.

The successful Early Years Practitioner will have:

Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification desirable
A minimum 6 months previous experience working within a nursery or EYFS setting
A valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate
A positive and proactive approach to supporting children’s development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work across different nursery settings
