Early Years Lead Teacher - One-Form Entry Catholic Primary School (Angel)

Veritas Education is seeking an exceptional Early Years Lead Teacher for a one-form entry Catholic primary school located in Angel. This role requires a highly skilled practitioner with extensive Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) experience and strong leadership capability. The school is well-regarded for its nurturing ethos, supportive staff team, and commitment to providing high-quality early education within a Catholic framework. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the EYFS provision, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across the phase.
Deliver outstanding classroom practice in line with EYFS curriculum and school policies.
Oversee planning, assessment, environment design, and continuous provision.
Support and mentor EYFS support staff, promoting best practice across the setting.
Collaborate effectively with the Senior Leadership Team and parents to support pupil progress and pastoral development.
Uphold and contribute to the school's Catholic ethos and inclusive values.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
Significant experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and securing strong pupil outcomes.
Strong understanding of early childhood development, safeguarding, and curriculum expectations.
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
