Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our warm and nurturing pre-prep school in Camden. This is an exciting opportunity to support children aged 2–5 years as they take their first steps in education, helping them grow, learn, and thrive in a caring and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Contribute to children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through nurturing interactions and well-planned activities.
Help create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment both indoors and outdoors.
Observe and record children’s progress, sharing insights and achievements with the teaching team and parents.
Build positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Uphold the school’s safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all pupils.What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
Experience: Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting, ideally within a school environment.
Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with creativity and enthusiasm for early learning.
Passion: A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their early development.
