Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience across a variety of secondary school settings? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable ECT Secondary Teachers for general supply work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools.

This is an excellent opportunity to build confidence, develop your teaching experience and explore different school environments while maintaining flexibility that suits you.

The Role:

Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
Follow school policies and lesson plans where provided
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Adapt confidently to different school settings and subject areasRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS for ECTs
A positive and proactive attitude
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A passion for supporting young people's learning and development
Flexibility and willingness to work across different schoolsGuaranteed Work Scheme:

Safeguarding Requirements:

An enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service is preferred
