Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer – Days Only
Location: Birmingham B7 postcode
Salary: £44,500 + Paid Overtime + 6% Employer Pension Contribution
Hours: Monday to Friday – Days Only

The Role:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of heavy industrial machinery
*
Diagnose and repair electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
*
Work with PLCs, motors, drives, inverters, and control systems
*
Support continuous improvement and reliability projects across the plant
*
Maintain a high standard of health and safety at all times
Requirements:
*
Apprentice trained in Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineering
*
Experience in a heavy industry or process-driven manufacturing environment
*
Confident with fault finding on industrial electrical systems, ideally including control panels and PLCs
*
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and develop
