🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
📞 Call-Out Rota: Required

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Perform both planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance
*
Work within a live office environment with a strong client-facing focus
*
Ensure all tasks are completed safely and in compliance with current regulations
*
Participate in the call-out rota to support site operations
✅ Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
*
18th edition
*
Experience in banking, critical, or corporate environments is highly desirable
*
Professional, presentable, and comfortable in a client-facing role
*
Able to pass DBS and financial background checks
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
