Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Stratford, London
Salary: £47,500 – £51,000 + excellent benefits
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off) – 12-hour shifts
We’re seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a leading food manufacturing company with a long-standing reputation for quality and innovation.
The Role
As a key member of the maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of automated production and packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Your duties will include:

Fault-finding and repair on electrical and mechanical systems
*
Planned preventative maintenance across conveyors, mixers, coolers, boilers, and control panels
*
Working with PLCs (Allen Bradley & Siemens)
*
Supporting continuous improvement and minimising downtime
Requirements
*
Proven experience working as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer within a factory or FMCG setting
*
Electrical bias with mechanical aptitude
*
Strong fault-finding skills, particularly with PLCs (Allen Bradley / Siemens)
*
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-output environment
