Job Description
We are the world's largest provider of temperature-controlled logistics. We are a global company with more than 22,000 employees across the world. We store, prepare and move food-based products for a variety of customers from major retailers to schools, hospitals and restaurants.
We are seeking an Electrical / Maintenance Engineer to help provide reactive and preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment at our Bristol Portbury depot.
Shift Available: Monday - Friday on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00
(You will also be required to be on-call for 1 in 3 weekends which includes an on-call payment.)
Duties & Responsibilities:

Resolve breakdowns, reduce downtime, and improve reliability of electrical and mechanical equipment
*
Support the maintenance and wider team in working together to solve problems to keep our facility moving
*
You will do some of this work in a cold environment - approximately minus 18 Celsius - just like working in the freezer; but we provide full PPE to keep you warm
*
At times work on ladders at height
Who we're looking for:

Electrically qualified with mechanical experience is essential
*
Experience of working with automation
*
Good interpersonal skills and enjoy being in a team
*
Willingness to learn and improve your skills
*
Due to the location of our facility you will need to have your own reliable transport to commute to - Garanor Way, Portbury, Bristol BS20 7XE
