Electromechanical Maintenance Engineer (PLC Experience Required)

£40,000 - £43,000 Basic + OTE £47,000 + £2,000 Call Out Allowance + Funded Training + Career Progression + Bonus Scheme

Are you an Electromechanical Maintenance Engineer with PLC fault-finding experience looking to join a well-established business offering specialist training, long-term progression, and strong earning potential?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining a variety of automated systems, electrical equipment, and site facilities within a technically advanced environment. You'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance while receiving ongoing hands-on training, including fully funded specialist courses.

The Role

Planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and electromechanical systems
Fault finding and repair work on PLC-controlled machinery and control panels
Maintaining automated equipment and site infrastructure
Specialist technical training provided through accredited courses
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Call out rota: 1 week in every 3

The Candidate

Background in electromechanical or electrical maintenance
Experience fault finding on PLC systems and control panels
Relevant electrical qualification (NVQ, HNC, HND or equivalent)
Keen to develop technically and progress within a growing organisation
