Monday - Friday (1 in 4 rota for weekend on-call)
£18.50 per hour

What you'll do:
Lead planned and reactive maintenance activities, spending about 50% of time in a hands-on role and the rest on supervisory and quality tasks.
Ensure timely completion of Job Request forms and required Permits for all works.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and promote safe working practices.
Provide technical and professional expertise to support site operations.
What we're looking for:
C&G Level 3 (2365) or equivalent in a relevant subject.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification (BS7671).
Previous experience in building services or facilities maintenance, preferably within an engineering role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Numerate and computer literate.
Driving License required.
